Meet Robyn Saurine

As a professional health and well-being advocate with over 20 years of Yoga practice, Humane Yoga’s founder, Robyn Saurine, is dedicated to helping others discover, nurture, and nourish the deep connections between mind, body, and spirit—ultimately aspiring to “create more relaxed humans, one human at a time.”

Robyn began her career as an engineer and IT project manager in the education and mining sectors across Australia and Asia. Her passion for health and well-being grew while completing extensive health and safety training for work in high-risk, remote areas, which highlighted the importance of both physical and mental resilience.

After many years balancing corporate life with her creative, intuitive side, Robyn dedicated herself to her personal Yoga practice, initially as a way to self-manage her fibromyalgia (an autoimmune illness) and scoliosis (spinal curvature).

She completed formal training in Ashtanga Yoga with Tribe Yoga in Austria, Yin Yoga with Jo Phee, Prenatal Yoga with Byron Bay’s Baby Bliss Yoga, and Pilates with Fluidform. Robyn has also finished advanced studies with Yoga Medicine and Sadie Nardini, and is a certified sound bowl educator with Rainbow Sounds and a QiGong practitioner through Simon Blow. This ongoing education has naturally evolved into a passion for teaching—helping others balance the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of their well-being through yoga, movement, mindfulness, and sound.

Robyn is a certified Yoga and Pilates teacher, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Business Coach, Astrologer, Sound Bowl Educator, and QiGong Practitioner. She brings these areas of expertise together through astrological business strategy and operational planning, energetic well-being practices (yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, QiGong), and personal transformation via practical astrology and aura readings.

“I am and will always be a student of yoga and all its interconnections, constantly learning and developing myself and my practice to share with others,” she says.

We are thrilled to have Robyn as an integral part of the Sweet Retreat team.

With a nurturing presence and a gift for creating calm, Robyn guides our sound healing sessions with grace and intention. Using crystal singing bowls and gentle frequencies, she helps our guests unwind, reset, and come home to themselves. Each session with Robyn is more than just a moment of stillness—it’s an invitation to soften, breathe deeply, and reconnect to the quiet strength within.

Her work weaves beautifully into the natural rhythm of the ranch, bringing a sense of harmony that lingers long after the sound fades

We are honoured to be on the ancestral lands of the Bundjalung People. We acknowledge the first Australians as the traditional custodians of the continent, whose cultures are among the oldest living cultures in human history. We pay respect to the Elders of the community and extend our recognition to their descendants who are present.
