Service Description

Step into a peaceful three-hour immersion where horses, breath, gentle movement, and nature work together to support deep relaxation and emotional reset. Through guided equine-assisted connection, yoga, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll be supported to release tension, restore clarity, and return to daily life feeling grounded and renewed. As the morning unfolds, the practices gently guide the body from alertness into calm regulation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to clear. The combination of horse connection, breathwork, and mindful movement helps release stored tension, improve emotional balance, and restore a sense of steadiness that many people rarely experience in daily life. Following the guided session, you’ll enjoy a nourishing lunch and relaxed time at the ranch, an opportunity to integrate the morning’s experience, unwind by the pool, walk along the beach, and allow the reset to deepen naturally into the afternoon. Facilitated by equine wellness practitioner Maxime Willems, whose calm, intuitive, and trauma-aware facilitation style creates a safe and supportive environment, this experience gently guides participants toward meaningful connection, self-awareness, and lasting nervous-system regulation. What You’ll Experience - Guided Equine Wellness Session focused on presence, awareness, and emotional grounding - Gentle Yoga and Breathwork practices designed to regulate the nervous system - Meditation and reflective moments in nature - Time to connect with the ranch horses in a calm, guided environment - Ranch picnic lunch box included - Free afternoon access to the ranch following the session, relax by the magnesium pool, enjoy a beach walk, or unwind in the peaceful surroundings What to Bring: - Comfortable yoga clothing, yoga mat, drink bottle, and hat.
